Microsoft no longer provides a standalone offline installer download for Windows 11. Instead, the pack must be installed directly through the system settings as an Optional Feature. Open the app by pressing Windows Key + I . Click on Apps in the left-hand sidebar. Select Optional features on the right side of the window.
